State Releases Guidance on Integrated Health Licensure and Inspection Rules

The Nicholson Foundation supports Seton Hall University School of Law in providing consultation and technical assistance to help the New Jersey Department of Human Services and the Department of Health remove licensing, reimbursement, and other regulatory barriers that limit the integration of behavioral health and physical healthcare services.

 

As a result of this work, the departments have issued guidance documents for providers on rules governing integrated health.
