Kimberly Boller and Colette Lamothe-Galette Join the Foundation in Senior Positions

The Nicholson Foundation is pleased to announce that it has hired two new employees to senior positions. Kimberly Boller, PhD, joins as the Chief Strategy and Evaluation Officer, and Colette Lamothe-Galette, MPH, joins as a Senior Program Officer. Both will help the Foundation fulfill its mission of improving the health and well-being of vulnerable populations in New Jersey.

Kimberly Boller is a cognitive and developmental psychologist with more than 20 years of experience conducting policy and program evaluations. Before joining the Foundation, Dr. Boller was a Senior Fellow at Mathematica Policy Research and Senior Advisor for Learning and Innovation at the Early Learning Lab.  Her work has focused on the effects of child care and early education initiatives, parenting programs, and policy on children and families.  In her new position at The Nicholson Foundation, Dr. Boller will coordinate work across the early childhood and health portfolios, providing strategic direction and leading the Foundation’s evaluation and learning agendas.

Colette Lamothe-Galette has over 14 years of experience working at the NJ Department of Health providing leadership and management of health improvement planning, policy development and implementation, direction of data analytics, quality improvement, performance management and outcomes research.  In her most recent role as the Director of Population Health, she oversaw maintenance of numerous surveillance systems and data registries and the collection, analysis and report of health information to improve population health outcomes statewide. In her new role at The Nicholson Foundation, she will lead a number of early childhood and health initiatives.
