The Public Good Projects is a nonprofit organization that uses public media, community organizing, and policy strategies to promote healthy behavior change and address pressing public health problems, such as obesity, smoking, and prescription opioid misuse.

This project supports a planning process to assess the feasibility of implementing a media campaign in New Jersey to promote healthier behaviors by increasing patients’ engagement in their own health. The first phase involves convening a diverse group of New Jersey health stakeholders. The group will develop a consensus on the topic area to be addressed and the campaign strategy. If this phase is successful, the Public Good Projects will develop an implementation plan for the campaign.
