The New Jersey Community Development Corporation (NJCDC) is a comprehensive community development and social service organization located in Paterson, New Jersey.

This project supports the expansion and strengthening of early childhood programs within the Great Falls Promise Neighborhood, a community development initiative in Paterson modeled on the Harlem Children's Zone approach. The project, which focuses on children ages 0-5 and their parents, is the early childhood component of a pipeline of comprehensive services designed to facilitate children's readiness for college and/or a career.

This year’s support helps NJCDC continue building a coordinated network of programs and services for infants and young children and their parents to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development throughout early childhood. The programs and services focus on community outreach, parent and family education, early childhood care and education, and family support services. The project also supports the use of an outcomes data system to measure the impact of the programs.
